About Beef Jerky
Vigil’s Beef Jerky is a New Mexico-inspired artisan beef jerky producer founded in 2000. They make carne seca using top round beef, hand-cut and seasoned with red or Hatch green chile, then slow-dried using controlled heat. Everything is made by hand with no fillers or shortcuts.
