Hiro Sushi is a Japanese restaurant located in Sawmill Market in Old Town Albuquerque, run by the Fukuda family who introduced Shohko Cafe to New Mexico nearly 50 years ago. The chef combines traditional Japanese techniques with local New Mexican flavors, offering customized sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi made to order.
