The Jerky Shop is an Albuquerque-based producer of premium beef jerky founded by local native Victor Guajardo in 2018. The shop prepares jerky using exceptionally thin slices of aged meat marinated and dried in the traditional carne seca style, offering numerous flavors. They also offer kabobs, grilled pineapple, and custom jerky preparation services for game meat.
